The Small Print
Prices given on this page, on the phone, by e-mail or letter are estimates only and subject to a detailed survey being carried out on site, either prior to any work beginning or on the agreed commencement date.
Following the site survey, any changes to the work (additions or omissions by either the customer or the engineer) will be agreed with you. These changes will be reflected in the total price, and, based upon the information presented to you, you have the right to cancel any job prior to it's commencement, you will however, be charged for the site visit (£40).
There is a standard £40 call-out fee for all visits, this will be waived if you decide to go ahead with the work.
